How do I add funds to my pre-load Centtrip cards?

Accepted Answer

Any cards associated with your Centtrip account will be one of two types; cards which spend directly from the shared operating account balance, OR pre-load cards which require funds to be transferred onto them.

To transfer funds to your pre-load cards:

Sign in and visit your account DASHBOARD.
In the Quick Transfer section, use the dropdown boxes to select where funds should be sent FROM, and the card you would like to load them TO.
Enter the value you would like to transfer into the AMOUNT box, and check the balances look correct.
Click ‘Confirm’ to move your funds instantly to your selected card. These will be available to spend immediately, as long as the card has been activated by the cardholder.

How do I switch between my different Centtrip accounts?

If you are an Administrator on more than one Centtrip account, you can switch between them easily, without having to log out and back in again with different user credentials.

Switching between your US accounts - click your account name at the top of your dashboard to open a dropdown menu containing a list of your other US accounts. Select the one you want to switch to.
Switching from a US account to a UK account - click the US flag icon at the top of your account dashboard and select 'UNITED KINGDOM' from the dropdown menu.
Switching from a UK account to a US account - click the Settings cog in the top-right corner of your UK dashboard. Select 'Centtrip USA Dashboard' from the dropdown menu.

Can I send account activation reminders to admin users on my account?

Accepted Answer

If you are an Administrator on your Centtrip account, you can easily check whether someone has validated their email address and activated their account. If needed, you can then send them an instant reminder.

Follow these steps:

Sign into your Centtrip account via your desktop.
Select 'USERS' from the left-hand menu.
Browse or search the list to find the user you are looking for.
Check the 'VALIDATION' Column. Users with a cross have not yet activated their account.
Click the 'Resend Email' button to the right of this column, to send an instant email reminder.
Once the user has activated their account and created a password, the cross under 'VALIDATION' will change to a tick.

We recommend regularly sorting your user list by the 'VALIDATION' column, to bring all unvalidated accounts to the top for quick and easy review.

How do I move funds between my Operating Accounts?

How does a CSA create new users?

Corporate Super Administrators can follow the steps below to create additional Admin users and/or CSAs, and specify exactly which Corporate and Operating Accounts the new user(s) should have access to.

Input the new user's details and click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the screen
Choose one of the three User Roles from 'Select role' dropdown and then click ‘Add resource’.
Select the relevant Corporate Account, and then 'Select access' --
- Corporate access - grants access to the Corporate Account plus all associated Operating Accounts
- Operation access - enables you to multi-select which Operating Account(s) the user should have access to

The new user will receive an instant email verification prompting them to sign in

How do I add funds to my Account?

You can send funds to your Centtrip account by wire transfer (account load by ACH transfer is coming soon - FUNDS SENT BY ACH WILL CURRENTLY BE RETURNED). Payment details are provided within your account:

Visit your account 'DASHBOARD' and click on 'Account details' towards the bottom.

Sign into your corproate bank account and make a transfer using the details shown on-screen. Be sure to include your account name as a reference.

Payment must be from the account specified during application. If unsure, check the 'Source of funds' tab.

As soon as the funds are received, they are available for use immediately.
