How do I add funds to my Account?

You can send funds to your Centtrip account by wire transfer (account load by ACH transfer is coming soon - FUNDS SENT BY ACH WILL CURRENTLY BE RETURNED). The relevant bank details are provided within your account:

  1. Sign into your account to view your real-time account balance on your 'DASHBOARD'.
  2. Click ‘Account details’ to show the relevant payment details.
  3. Make a transfer from your corporate bank account into your Centtrip account.
  4. Remember to include your Account Name in the reference and ensure payment is from the corporate account specified during your application. You can check this by selecting "Source of funds".

As soon as the funds are received, they are available for use immediately.

Use the Quick Transfer feature to move funds onto your pre-load Centtrip card(s).
