How do I sign into my account for the first time?

To begin using your Centtrip acccount and/or card, you will need to complete your FIRST TIME LOGIN. You should have received an email with a link inviting you to do this in just a couple of quick steps.

  • If you are an administrator - your account will be active as soon as you complete your First Time Login, and you can then sign in anytime via your desktop. Please note, you will be required to provide Multi-factor Authentication each time you sign in.

  • If you are a cardholder - once you have completed your First Time Login, you can then activate your card using the Centtrip app. Get your copy of our Cardholder Guide for more help and hints.
