How do I lock and unlock my card?

Keep your card extra secure by temporarily locking it while not in use. Your card can be locked/unlocked instantly using the Centtrip app.

Open the app and visit the ‘YOUR CARDS’ screen by tapping ‘All cards’ from the app dashboard.
Tap on your card to reveal card functions, and press ‘Card Settings’ to open.
Switch the ‘LOCK/UNLOCK’ toggle as required.
Once locked, no payments or withdrawals will be allowed.
Unlock your card at any time to use immediately.

(If you're an Administrator, you can also set all card limits to zero until the card is required.)

Who can sign up for an Account?

Centtrip is for organizations of all sizes. The entity must be a USA registered company.

Question 3

My card doesn't seem to be working, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Follow these steps to verify your card does not have an issue:

Check that your card is not blocked for security. If it is you can unblock it via the Centtrip mobile app or ask your administrator to do this for you.
Check your limits. Your daily spend limits are clearly displayed in the Centtrip mobile app.
Check you have sufficient funds available. If your card is prefunded and carries its own balance you can check this in the Centtrip mobile app.
If your card spends from a shared balance, you may have sufficient limit available but there may not be sufficient funds available in the account – please check with your administrator.

What is a Market Order, what are the benefits and how do I set one up?

Take advantage of exchange rate fluctuations by setting a target rate and letting Centtrip watch the market for you. If the market reaches your target rate, we will automatically execute the buying or selling of your specified currency, day or night. So you don't have to worry about missing an FX opportunity.

Types of Market Order

1) Take Profit

A Take Profit Order enables you to take advantage of favorable market movements. Choose a target rate better than the current market level. If the market reaches your target rate, your order is automatically processed on your behalf. You can set this up directly within your Centtrip account.

2) Stop Loss

A Stop Loss Order can be used to stop further loss when an appreciating market starts to reverse. This protects you from purchasing currency at a poorer rate than expected or required. Choose a 'worst case' target rate that is weaker than the current market level and your order will be automatically executed if the market reaches this rate, protecting your profits. 3) One Cancels Other

This is a combination of both a Take Profit Order and a Stop Loss. If the market appreciates and the Take Profit Order is triggered, the Stop Loss will automatically be cancelled. Conversely, if the Stop Loss is triggered the Take Profit Order will automatically be cancelled. These are enable you to take advantage of a positive market move, whilst protecting a key level. How long does it take for Centtrip cards to arrive?

Once you have submitted your card order the cards will arrive at your designated address within 3 to 5 days.

How can I check my User Role?

You can check your User Role within your Centtrip account:

Sign in and click 'USERS' in the left-hand menu
Enter your name in the search box
Refer to the 'ROLE' column. Note - you may have different roles for different accounts.

How can I check my card balance?

Accepted Answer

You can check your real-time card balance whenever you need via the Centtrip app. The app will also show how much you have left to spend before hitting your daily limit. There are two ways to check:

From the 'CARD TRANSACTIONS' screen:

From the 'Card Settings' screen:

Visit the ‘YOUR CARDS’ screen by tapping ‘All cards’ from the app dashboard.
Tap on your card to reveal card functions, and press ‘Card Settings’ to open.
Review your Card Balance and Remaining Available Spend.
Scroll down to see your daily and monthly limits for card spend, cash withdrawals and your maximum transaction amount.

Is Centtrip’s corporate USD Mastercard a credit or debit card?

The Centtrip USD Mastercard is neither a credit, nor debit card. 

Centtrip cards are Corporate prepaid cards, reloadable and issued by a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation member. Each time you use your Centtrip card, the purchase value is deducted from the funds available for the card or the associated Operating Account.

You can use your Centtrip Mastercard worldwide, online and in store.
