How do I activate my Centtrip card?

1) Create a password and sign into the app

A. Check your inbox for an email inviting you to ‘Activate your account’.

B. Follow the link to create a secure password for your account.

C. Download the Centtrip app to your iOS or Android device.

D. Sign in using your email address and new password

2) Activate your Centtrip card

Once you receive your card, you can activate it in the app.

A. Tap 'NEW CARD REQUIRES ACTIVATION' (if you do not see this, select 'All Cards')

B. Locate your new card under 'REQUIRES ACTIVATION' and press 'ACTIVATE CARD'

C. Enter the last four digits of your long card number and then ‘ACTIVATE CARD’

D. Once complete, your card will be ready to use and can be managed on-the-go using the Centtrip app.

3) Reveal your PIN

A. Visit the ‘YOUR CARDS’ screen by tapping ‘All cards’ from the app dashboard.

B. Tap on your new card to reveal card functions, and press ‘Card Settings’ to open.

C. Select ‘PIN REVEAL’ from the settings menu.

D. Then ‘SHOW PIN’ to view on-screen for 30 seconds.

How do I edit a cardholder's limits and permissions?

Account Administrators can instantly edit the limit and permissions for any cardholder.

Sign into your Centtrip account, visit MANAGE CARDS and click the card you want to edit.

ATM access - use the toggle to enable or disable cash withdrawals in just a click.

Lock/Unlock - instantly lock a card to prevent any further transactions. Unlock again at any time.

Close Card - permanently close a card which is no longer required. Please note - this cannot be undone.

1) Company Information

The following information/documentation is mandatory:

Company legal name
Company trading name, if different from legal name
Company type
Country of incorporation
Tax ID number
Registered address
Principle place of business (if different from registered address)
Date of incorporation
Business registration document. This must be:
- Issued by a reliable, independent source such as the local commercial register of the country where the business is registered in.
- Issued within the last one year. Or it must contain a signature and a state of affairs with a date not older than one year.

We may also request additional company documentation:

Proof of address, such as a:
- Bank statement dated within 3 months
- Utility bill (gas, water, electricity, landline) dated within 3 months
- Government issued document e.g. tax document, lease agreement (valid of current year)
Tax documentation - i.e. documentation which has been filed at the local taxation register, such as a registration form or confirmation of tax position issued by local tax authorities. This needs to identify:
- Company legal entity name
- Doing business as name (if applicable)
- Tax number
- Date of issue or state of affairs (cannot be older than 1 year)

2) Bank Details

The following information/documentation is mandatory:

Account name
Account number
Account type
Bank name
Routing number
Purpose of payments
Purpose of payments description
Bank statement. Must be/contain:
- Dated within 3 months
- Bank logo or bank name
- Bank account details
- Name of the account holder

3) Associated Individuals

We need to verify the identity of certain individuals that are associated with the organization. We refer to these individuals as Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and Signatories. You can reference the table below for criteria on how to identify them, and the minimum number of individuals required for each type.

Required information will vary for US and non-US nationals:

* Passport image must be of a non-expired passport, in colour and with a visable MRZ.

We may also request proof of residential address.

Suitable documents include:

Bank statement dated within 3 months
Utility bill (gas, water, electricity, landline) dated within 3 months
Government issued document, e.g. council tax bill, tax return (valid for current year)

4) Submitting your application

Once you have completed your application you will be taken to the Confirmation Page which summarises your information. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page to accept the terms and conditions and submit your application. Our team will review your application and respond within 2-3 business days.

How do I use the 'Projects' feature to automatically label expenses?

Save time when managing and reconciling expenses by creating 'Projects' - your custom project label (as well as the associated accounting code) will be automatically assigned to any expenses incurred within a specified time period, for one or more selected cards. You can then run and export comprehensive statements for your project.

This is ideal for automatically allocating expenses to a particular Yacht, Charter, music tour, or production.

[how-tos][figure]Visit your CORPORATE LABELS dashboard and switch to the Projects tab. Then click Create new.[/figure][figure]Enter the project name, an alternative value (such as an accounting code) and the duration of your project. Then select which Centtrip cards should be associated. For example, you could enter the name of a yacht as the project, with the charter start and end dates, and only add the cards for that specific charter crew.[/figure][figure]Once set up, the project label will be automatically attached to any expenses incurred during your specified period, for your selected cards. Your project will show as Pending, Live or Closed, dependent on the project dates you entered. This means you can set up projects ahead of time.[/figure][figure]If required, you can also add or remove project labels manually. Visit EXPENSES and click on a transaction. Then use the dropdown to add your project under Corporate labels. Click the cross to remove it anytime. Switch to the Account transactions tab to add project labels in the same way. [/figure][figure]To view statements and export reports for a particular project, visit STATEMENTS and switch to the Projects tab. Then use the filter to select a project and hit Update to view all associated expenses.[/figure][figure]You can view the opening and closing balances for your project, along with the money in and out at the top. What are my card limits?

Card usage is subject to the following limits, dependent on the Limit Tier of your Operating Account. This will be confirmed in the subscription order confirmation, and cardholders can check their limits via the Centtrip app.

Administrators can tailor limits for individual cards, as long as they do not exceed your Limit Tier.

Note- Increased Limits are enabled at Operating Account level – Admin Users can choose which cards are given the Increased Limits. The fee is charged on all cards associated to that Operating Account.
