Q: What is a Corporate Super Administrator and what are their limits and permissions?

Corporate Super Administrators (CSAs) have the ability to create additional Admin users and/or CSAs, and specify exactly which Corporate and Operating Accounts the new user(s) should have access to. How do I make payment using funds from my holding accounts?

NOTE - You need access to our Payments and FX Service to use this feature.

Sign into your Centtrip account and open 'Payments and FX' from the left-hand menu.
Select 'Holding Accounts' to view your balances in each currency.
Locate the currency you want to use for payment, and select 'Send Payment' under 'Actions'.
Enter the payment 'Amount'
Click on the ‘Beneficiary’ dropdown - select an existing payee, or ‘Add new beneficiary’.
Enter a 'Value Date' (i.e. the date payment should be sent).
Add your 'Payment Reference', such as an invoice.
If you need to make multiple payments, click 'Add another payment'.
Click 'Continue', then 'Complete Your Payment'.

How do I get access to the payments and foreign exchange service?

If you do not see the payments & FX dashboard (shown below) when you click on 'PAYMENTS & FX' from your account menu, it means either that this service has not yet been enabled for your account, or that you do not have the relevant access rights.

How can I update my cell number?

Sign into your desktop account using either email or app verification.
Click on your name in the top-right of the screen and select 'My details'.
Select the edit icon next to the cell number.
Pick your area code, enter your new number and click 'Save'.
Once updated, click the 'Verify' button.
Enter the code sent to you via SMS and click 'Confirm'.
You can now use SMS verification to sign into your desktop account.

What are the validation requirements for completing my card order form?

Please always follow these steps to order cards within your Centtrip account. The validation requirements for filling out the order template are provided below, as well as in your account for ease:

"Corporate name": maximum 100 characters.
The naming should match with selected Corporate on the 1st step.
"First Name": maximum 50 characters.
Allowed characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, space, apostrophe, dash.
"Last Name": maximum 50 characters.
Allowed characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, space, apostrophe, dash.
"Emboss Name": maximum 26 characters.
Allowed characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, space.
"Email": maximum 254 characters. Format: example@domain.com.
"Birth Date. Day (DD)": enter 1-31 day number. Format: "01" or "1".
"Birth Date. Month (MM)": enter 1-12 month number. Format: "01" or "1".
"Birth Date. Year (YYYY)": age must be greater than or equal to 18. Format: YYYY.
"Mobile Phone Code (ex. 1 for USA)": mobile country code without "+" or "0" in the beginning, ex. "1" for USA
"Mobile Phone Number": maximum 20 digits.
"Shared balance (Yes/No)": enter "Yes" or "No". What does this mean?
All fields: no trailing or leading spaces.
File: remove empty rows instead of just clearing cells.
Delivery Address: there is a maximum of 50 characters allowed for the Corporate name, First name and Last name.

How do I reset my password?

Tap 'LOG IN'
Select 'FORGOT PASSWORD?'
Enter your email address and date of birth and select 'NEXT'
You will now be prompted to enter a verification code. If the details you have entered are correct, this will be emailed to you.
Enter and confirm your new password and click 'CHANGE PASSWORD' to save.

Can I use Centtrip for payments and foreign exchange?

Yes! Once this service has been enabled for your account, you will have direct access to the live FX market and can convert over 130 currencies at competitive rates. Place spot, same-day or forward trades and market orders effortlessly within your account.

Purchased currency can be used to make fast and secure international payments, without the hefty banking fees. Alternatively, convert multi-currency revenue streams back into USD and transfer to your Centtrip account or cards.

How do I close a card which is no longer required?

If you are a Corporate Administrator, you can close cards directly within your account.

Sign into your Centtrip account
Select 'MANAGE CARDS' from the left hand menu
Use the search or filters to locate the card you wish to close
Click on the card to open the 'Card details' panel
Select 'CLOSE CARD'

Important - this cannot be undone. If unsure, we recommend locking the card.

Question 8

Why am I being asked to sign for card transactions?

As your Centtrip card is a US issued card, when using it in stores, restaurants, hotels e.t.c, it is likely that you will be asked to sign for the transaction, as opposed to entering your PIN.

At Point of Sale you should always enter your card into the merchant's POS machine as normal, and the merchant should then provide you with a slip to sign.

Input the new user's details and click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the screen
Choose one of the three User Roles from 'Select role' dropdown and then click ‘Add resource’.
Select the relevant Corporate Account, and then 'Select access' --
- Corporate access - grants access to the Corporate Account plus all associated Operating Accounts
- Operation access - enables you to multi-select which Operating Account(s) the user should have access to
